The home Inspection includes, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Roof, Exterior, Interior and Termite. We also check the lead,Asbestos and Mold. We use Infrared camera for thermal imaging to find hidden problems.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In USA statistics shows most of the Home Inspections are not conducting by Engineers, they may be licensed as 'home inspectors', but such licenses are not recognized by the State of New York as having the same level of competence and authority as an Engineers license. So select a licensed Professional Engineer for your Home Inspection.
