I called Royal Solutions in the middle of this heat wave after my central air system started blowing hot air, with my eight-month-old at home. Jermain, the owner, answered the phone himself, asked me a few questions, and walked me through rebooting the system to see if we could get it running again.
When that didn’t fully solve the issue, he came to my house the very same day to service my Trane central air system. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and, more importantly, someone I know I can count on when it matters most.

I can’t say enough good things about Royal HVAC Solutions. After having two other HVAC companies come out and immediately try to sell me a brand-new system, Jermaine took a completely different approach. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem almost immediately, and fixed it without any unnecessary upselling.
What impressed me most was his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. He had all the necessary parts stocked in his van and was able to complete the repair on the spot. Instead of trying to convince me that I needed an expensive replacement, he took the time to identify the actual issue and resolved it correctly.
It’s refreshing to find a technician who is honest, skilled, and focused on helping the customer rather than making the biggest sale possible. The repair was completed quickly, the price was fair, and my system is working perfectly again.
