Most and foremost you want an agent that can negotiate a good deal for you, so you're never paying too much for your investment. All of these things are very important when considering purchasing a home, and by simply working with me as your Buyer's Agent, you will be provided with the best support any agent can give. My duties as your agent will be to help you go through the whole process of getting pre-qualified, and pre-approved by well-referred lenders which work hard to give the best rates for my clients. I will then sit with you to gather information about your desired towns, house styles, and price range. I then do my researches with over 20 different sources, public and private to find you the best match. After finding the desired home, I will then do more research about the home or a home-background-check, so you know exactly what you are purchasing, sometimes a house that is made to "look" good isn’t always a "good" house, and you want your agent to be able to identify these things. We will then go into contract and I will deal with the lender, and attorneys to make sure your mortgage goes as smooth as possible.
