Introduction: Absolute Yoga offers a refuge from the daily challenges of life. Located in Woodbury, Long Island, New York, our two beautiful, peaceful studios provide the perfect environment for students to truly experience the benefits of yoga. We have 50+ classes per week in a variety of yoga styles and levels—from beginner yoga to an energetic, strengthening Ashtanga class. We also offer the following: • Pilates • Lotte Berk classes • Kids • Teens • Pre and postnatal (YogiBaby) yoga • Yoga for fertility • Restorative, gentle and core strengthening yoga Our yoga instructors are trained in different styles and schools of yoga including Vinyasa flow, Kripalu, Iyengar, Anusara, and Ashtanga. Each instructor is registered with the Yoga Alliance. They are committed to offering you expert guidance as you experience the benefits that yoga can bring to your everyday life. Our mission at Absolute Yoga is to make yoga readily accessible to everybody, regardless of age, level or fitness ability. It is not necessary to be flexible or strong in order to begin a yoga practice; an open mind and a willingness to explore is all that is required. Yoga is an amazing journey of self-discovery.
