FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. The makeup industry is similar to the fashion industry in that it's always changing with new trends and products. I pride myself in taking initiative to learn as much as possible. As a makeup artist, there is always something new to learn.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was introduced to the makeup industry in 2009 when I started working for Chanel. It was the only job I ever had that did not feel like work. I steered away for a while thinking I wanted to be a Nurse. I also took some time off to be a stay at home mom. When I realized all I wanted to do was Makeup as my profession, I put it in to hear and have been pressing towards it ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings, Proms, Sweet sixteens or Quinceñeras, Baby showers, Birthdays and no occasion.
