I am the owner/operator of NY Standard Home Inspection Consultants LLC. I personally perform all inspections. I am a NYS licensed Home Inspector, NYS licensed Termite Inspector and NYS licensed Mold Inspector. I also have a certificate in Thermography (Inferred inspections). Sean was available at a short notice, showed up early and did a thorough inspection. We got a detailed report with pictures the same day as the inspection. He is very professional. We highly recommend Sean.

NY Standard was wonderful. It is very stressful when you don't know what to expect. The on time, and speedy response to my request was better than any other inspectors I had call. BEST of all, quality work a very fair amount. Peace of mind that I wasn't get ripped off.. I highly recommend NY Standard.

Sean was very responsive to messages, scheduled a home inspection on short notice, and showed up to it ahead of time ready to go. He did a thorough investigation of the house and property and delivered a large report within 24 hrs of the inspection. The price was very good for the amount of effort put in. Would recommend.
