Ray contacted me very quickly, was very clear, professional, and personable. He was able to understand what I needed to complete the job, and arrived at mty home within 3 hours of my post. He brought with him the necessary equipment, and was punctual, courteous, and considerate (wearing booties in my home). He did the work flawlessly, figured out a problem with the boiler that was causing the new thermostat not to work, and charged me a resonable amount for the parts and labor.

Ray responded quickly to a thermostat problem that was affecting the AC. He was open to coming out to my son's apartment on a Sunday. He arrived at the time he committed to. He was very professional. We had to set up two tables so he could get into the ceiling, and he was open to using that since we did not have a step stool. Finally, he diagnosed the problem like a master technician and programmed the thermostat for us. I would highly recommend Ray! He is excellent!
