- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair and based on the scope of the work. Every project is different, so free estimates are always offered to help customers understand their options before moving forward. There are no surprise charges, and all work is explained clearly so customers know what they are paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a free estimate. I review the space, listen to the customer’s needs, and explain possible solutions. Once we agree on the work, I schedule the job and complete it with care and attention to detail. I treat every home and business with respect and leave the space clean when the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I maintain updated HVAC licenses and stay current with industry standards. My training and hands-on experience allow me to work on a wide range of heating and cooling systems, including installations, upgrades, and repairs.
