What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide installation, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance services. Quotes are provided on a case by case basis after a brief assessment is concluded. All quotes are broken down per hour, cost of parts or by a predetermined agreed upon flat rate. Please inquire about maintenance agreements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC Union Training Center, Local 638, NYC 2003 EPA Universal Certified, 2007 OSHA 10 hour Safety Certified, 2010
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I been mechanical incline since I can remember, once introduced to hvac industry, I knew, found my destination .
