Sydney was awesome! She dove right in (almost literally)! We had 24” balloons that needed to be anchored in the pool with weights and she showed up with her bathing suit prepared to dive in and get the job done. What ever it takes. She was very organized and good about contacting all of our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page and anything I asked of her big or small she made it happen. It was a perfect night. If there were any hitches, we didn’t know about them. Thank you so much Sydney and Popped Events!!

As we reviewed on the Knot: Sydney did an absolutely wonderful job corralling not only the vendors but also the bridal party as well. Not only did she need to worry about my very specific health needs (and did so flawlessly), she was incredibly personable and my family absolutely adored her. She was also able to come up with creative solutions to problems, such as when we over-ordered alcohol by the venue, Sydney was able to figure out how to ship the excess up to us to enjoy in our home in NYC. She is absolutely lovely and made my life a lot easier. Things would not have gone half as smooth without her.

Sydney helped plan and execute a personal once in a life event for me. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a call to get to know each other and decide if it's a good fit! The consultation call is free with no commitment required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning events since 2012. I have been involved in event management for events including trade shows, auctions, carnivals, weddings, proposals and more. I ventured out on my own and founded Popped in 2018. I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree, and I love a creative challenge. I can certainly help with any creative projects, design ideas, etc.
