First time calling up Diego and he was able to check my treadmill within a few hours. He was able to look into the issue and spent additional time taking apart the treadmill to make sure there were no other issues. In addition, he was able to look at another equipment that hasn’t been working well for a few years and was able to fix it right away. Reasonable prices for the quality. Will use Diego for future routine maintenance as well now.

Diego responded quickly and came next day. He was prompt and polite. He asked pertinent questions regarding my situation and repaired my bike. He told me to get on the bike to make sure it worked as needed and I appreciated that. Would definitely recommend!
