I have a Bosch 800 Series washer and dryer. While running a load, the washer started beeping and displayed error code E23, which ChatGPT interpreted as an internal leak. After several failed troubleshooting attempts, I found Fast Master through Thumbtack and chose Valentin because he was the only contractor who asked for more details and photos, and took the time to explain the issue. Everyone else just quoted a service fee and suggested a time to schedule the appointment. Valentin was responsive and very easy to schedule with. He even arrived early, wore slippers, and handled his tools carefully. It turned out I had overloaded the washer, and one of the water pipes had slipped off, causing an internal leak. The repair took about 1.5 hours and cost $326, including an additional charge for heavy lifting. Thanks for fixing the problem — I highly recommend his services.

If parts need to be ordered, a deposit of about 50% is required. If the necessary parts are available, the repair can often be completed on the spot, and payment is made after or during the service.
