Unfortunately did not return for some major rework after months of promising to do so. Once paid, it is like he disappeared and texts became empty promises from using wood instead of trex in some areas, getting exterior paint on my pool, hose, patio furniture and more, white paint actually fading to yellow on a repaired concrete wall and screw plugs on trex actually peeling. Started off so great yet ended so disappointingly.

Percival did an AMAZING job renovating my basement bathroom. Not only did he immediately reach out and come out to assess the work that needed to be done, but he gave me a very fair price. After looking at photos of his previous work, I knew I was making the right decision by hiring him. While the work should have been done within a week and a half, Percival found issues with the foundation of my bathroom due to the hurricane back in September 2021. He offered to fix the foundation as well for a very cheap price. All in all, within 2 weeks, he built a beautiful bathroom and even added his own kinks (crown molding on the ceiling, toilet roll holder, etc.). He made sure he was in full communication with me at all times and ensured that I was happy with the results. I even hired him to do some minor tile work in my basement bedroom and do a paint job for me. Do yourself a favor and hire Percival. You’ll be doing yourself a favor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in beginning a new coach/client relationship is to start with a 30 minutes conversation… Ultimately all decisions on pace and depth of work is up to the client, as is the nature of the coaching. You will make the empowering choices and I will walk with you from day one as guide and supporter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apex trading, high school trade classes, OSHA and ten years of hands on experience in every aspect of construction and home renovation.
