Hired them the first time with no issues. It was a mother and son cleaning team. Made an appointment with them a second time at the same number (347-369-3367) and confirmed the rate and time days in advance. They did not show up on the day of the appointment and did not answer their phone. Extremely unprofessional and completely unreliable. Now I am stuck without a cleaner at the last minute. If they had the decency to cancel, I could have made other arrangements. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.
