I would have never been able to envision the out come of our makeover. I met Franck after winning a National Barber Shop Challenge, a $20,000.00 Makeover. Franck flew in from NY, we met and he asked if I had any ideas in mind??? I said I am great at hair and you are great at designing, so I trust you 100% to do what, you do. I was confident in allowing him to use his creativity. I did want the Salon to look upscale yet still be inviting/comfortable. So when the unveiling of the Makeover happened...can you tell I was more than pleased!!!! Franck is very professional, patient, creative and he communicates well. He had 6 days to get the plumbing, electricity and carpentry done and he met the deadline with stars!!! Will I recommend Franck...well,that is why I am leaving my review. Franck gets 2 thumbs up from me. Hopefully, we can work together again, I know I will be beyond pleased and so will you when you work with him. Thank you Franck for making Simply Erinn's Unisex Hair Salon look FABULOUS!!!

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment in Manhattan, and also run a small digital start-up from my home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically charge a design fee (which includes floor plans, renderings, fabric, furniture, and finish selections) plus a markup on the cost of any furnishings specified by us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I prefer to meet with any potential new customers in the space they are considering redecorating to best sense what can be done to achieve the client's goals and vision. Next we will meet to discuss in further details their precise needs and budget. Floor Plans, Renderings, and finish samples are presented to clients and may be revised as needed. We work closely with contractors to ensure that the design is closely followed and troubleshoot along the way to make sure the entire process runs as smoothly as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied both Interior Design and Fine Art at Pratt Institute, and have been working in the design field for over 25 years, designing homes, offices, hotels and restaurants.
