Introduction: As a Teen Empowerment Coach, I'm Fully committed to helping teenagers with many challenges in life. My strategic program offers 5 powerful ways to help a struggling teen succeed. The program's designed to provide effective ways to: 1) Create goals (small feasible goals) in all areas of life for a 6-month period. Academic, Social, Family/ relationships and creative outlets. 2) Optimize the environment-really dive in there and customize it. Meghan has been amazing for both of my teens. She is more than a coach but a caring friend and a blessing to our family. My daughter enjoys talking to her and made a connection with her at the first session. My daughter didn’t even want to miss her session while we were on vacation. I do provide discounts and perks. Fees and pricing vary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Both parents and child will have a free consultation with me which can range from 30 minutes to an hour. The process helps to see if I am the right fit for the family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Teen empowerment coach and yoga/wellness teacher. I am a licensed special education teacher, yoga instructor and life coach. I have been working with children and teens for many years, troubleshooting and exploring emotional development.
