Best experience ever!! I needed to get locks changed right away onto two doors. Omar was readily available and did a quick assessment to help me select the best options in the most cost-effective manner. He went of his way to get the locks changed ASAP. Very efficient, professional, and kind as well. You need to hire him! You won’t be disappointed.

Arrived on time and more importantly gave an honest assessment of the problem and proposed an inexpensive workaround (rather then pushing an expensive fix). I would definitely work with this gentleman again.

Riaz was able to diagnose the problem within seconds. He had a fix ready and resolved a few issues I didn’t even know I had. We have an iron door and he was able to adjust it easily whereas others balked at the idea. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

If you need a lock smith look no further then Omar. He did an amazing job on home door, fixed all 3 locks, asked for pictures of the locks that needed to be fixced in advance. He also stopped and picked me up a new lock because I had bought the wrong replacement locks. Explained everything that needed to be done and he did the repairs very professionally. He's my new go to guy !!

I usually charge for the type of work I do at the location I don't charge an initial service fee and I don't charge extra for nights or weekends.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to receive info about their problem set up an appointment for a look see and then get it done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed under four different locksmiths for two years, I have ten plus years of experience, and I also have a bachelor's degree in public administration from John Jay college of criminal justice.
