Best experience ever!! I needed to get locks changed right away onto two doors. Omar was readily available and did a quick assessment to help me select the best options in the most cost-effective manner. He went of his way to get the locks changed ASAP. Riaz was able to diagnose the problem within seconds. He had a fix ready and resolved a few issues I didn’t even know I had. We have an iron door and he was able to adjust it easily whereas others balked at the idea. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

I usually charge for the type of work I do at the location I don't charge an initial service fee and I don't charge extra for nights or weekends.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to receive info about their problem set up an appointment for a look see and then get it done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed under four different locksmiths for two years, I have ten plus years of experience, and I also have a bachelor's degree in public administration from John Jay college of criminal justice.
