FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the type of notarization, location, travel distance, number of documents, and any additional services requested. Mobile appointments, loan signings, apostille assistance, hospital or nursing home visits, and Remote Online Notarization may have different fees. I always confirm pricing before the appointment so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first confirm the type of document, number of signers, preferred date and time, and whether the appointment will be mobile or remote. I confirm identification requirements, location, and pricing in advance. At the appointment, I verify identity, complete the requested notarial act, and ensure the notarization is completed accurately and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a New York commissioned Notary Public with 3 years of experience. I am NNA Certified and Background Screened, Loan Signing System trained, and carry $1 million in E&O insurance. I have training in general notarizations and loan signing packages, including purchases, refinances, seller packages, HELOCs, and other real estate documents.
