After wind and heavy rain, we had damage to our roof and water coming it on the basement. Oswaldo and his team saved the day and completed the work to repair the roof and waterproof our foundation wall in record time. Truly grateful.

I had a leak in my roof that my handman and I could not figure out how to stop after several attempts. Oswaldo was able to pinpoint the issue and resolve the leak on the first try. Water was also leaking into my chimney, so Oswaldo gave me a price to replace the entire chimney top (chimney pipe, chimney cap, and chimney crown). We made a deal to have the entire chimney pointed and replace the cracked bricks with some I had left over from another project. As the work continued, I discovered other things that I'd like to have fixed as well. We agreed to have the wall adjacent to the chimney done as well as to add a copper runoff. We also had a liquid membrane flashing done for the chimney too. Along the way, I had several questions and concerns. Every time, Oswaldo was responsive and accomodating. What I like about Oswaldo the most is that he wants to do the job right way the first time. For example, I had a downspout where the screws had come off from the side of the stone and brick and everytime there is strong winds, it is askew from the house. Oswaldo had put a strong clip and screwed the downspout back into the stone and brick without me even requesting it. He simply did it because it was the right thing to do. In short, if you work with Oswaldo, he will work with you and together you can finish the project where you will be completely satisfied. I can't reccommend Oswaldo highly enough.

Working with NYC Roof Installation was so easy, they came when they were suppose to and finished the job on time and with great quality. They put in the extra effort to make sure my roof was going to have no leaks for 20-30 years to come. My original roof was installed with cheaper materials from the original builder. Most roofers would just put on a layer of shingles and call it day. NYC Roofing Installation discussed with me that it would be better to put an additional layer of plywood since the original had some issues as water got to them. They install all new plywood for the entire roof and then laid down the shingles. They paid extra attention to trouble areas that we had for years and also suggested other things to make sure it was water proof. I cannot be happier with the work and the price! Definitely a must.
