Hi! I’m Averie, an Australian photographer now based in NYC and The Catskills. I specialize in capturing the magic of weddings—whether it’s a local celebration or a destination adventure, I’m there to document the moments that matter most. With over 11 years of experience shooting weddings, I bring a sense of calm to every event, ensuring your special day is beautifully documented. Each wedding is a new adventure with unique backdrops and faces, and I cherish the friendships formed with my clients, often capturing their growing families and milestones long after the wedding day. My background in photography spans 17 years in fashion, advertising, film, fine art, and music, enriching my work with a wealth of knowledge and creativity. Born and raised in Sydney, I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photomedia from The University of New South Wales in 2011.
