If i I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I flip houses and I called David after another tech wanted to run an unnecessary extra line which would have cost me a lot of unnecessary money. David quickly found and fixed the thermostat issue looking in the attic which wasn’t easy moving around. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest - I’ll be using him on future flips.

Very professional service from Oscar who helped me deal with an issue of wasps that were going into my vents. He went over and beyond to help close off any gaps in my venting system in my attic as well as finding the wasp next inside one of my air intake vents! Highly recommended!

This company doesn’t provide any reasonable ways for the customer to pay. He doesn’t take credit, can’t pay electronically. I was inconvenienced to pay over 4 days via Zelle. He never even acknowledged receipt of the payments and when I asked for a concession for the inconvenience he denied and responded that he already had given a discount. His contract is very elementary and when I asked for the changes, he ignored and never modified it. He did arrive promptly and left the work area clean and tidy. But unless you still use checks( which no one doesn’t) or have piles of cash in your mattress, choose another company
