Harold from GI Bruno called & assisted us in fixing my plumbing issue. He was extremely knowledgeable & professional. You could immediately tell that he was experienced in his craft. Most importantly he was honest in a world that this characteristic is near extinction. He solved our plumbing problem over the phone & saved us money. I'm so grateful & will definitely use them again in the future, as well as recommend to family & friends. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called Bruno with a late night emergency and he responded immediately. Arrived the following day and took his time to diagnose my problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained the job thoroughly. He did a phenomenal job and even inspected my heating system during summer months just as a courtesy. Highly recommend Bruno and will use him exclusively for my plumbing needs. Reasonable prices as well !!

Bruno was great! Very quick to respond, and fixed all my issues. Also provided a diagnostic overview of the house to make recommendations on future work which I appreciated his opinion on.

Harold came to fix my leaky toilet, repair my leaky kitchen faucet, and install a bidet attachment. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix all of the issues quickly and efficiently. He even went and obtained whatever parts he needed at the Home Depot by me to ensure that all things were addressed. I highly recommend him. Thank you Harold!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $99 diagnostic visit is credited toward a completed repair. Rough prices cover the listed scope, labor, and standard parts or materials before tax. Equipment choices, specialty parts, access, permits, and additional work can change the total. Scope and final pricing are confirmed before work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with your town, the issue, useful photos, equipment details, access, and preferred visit window. We assess the problem, explain the findings, agree on the scope and price, complete the approved plumbing work, and check operation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
G.I. Bruno Service & Repair focuses on the plumbing repair, service, and maintenance shown on our current public website. We do not advertise hydro-jetting, camera inspection, certified backflow testing, electrical wiring, or licenses and certifications that are not supported by current business records.
