After years of dealing with an improperly installed gate, I reached out to Universal. I couldn't be happier, not only did they rebuild and properly set it up, they also fixed the weight issue by adding wheels. Very friendly company and quality work.

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. I used thumbtack to get quotes on a small piece of fence that I wanted installed and I wanted it to match existing fence. Wilbur responded immediately - send a link with a quote and calendar to schedule an appointment to measure on Thursday. Came promptly at appointment time and called to let me know he was on his way. He brought samples of what he could install to match existing fence - went over the job with me and was able to get the job done on Saturday. When the guys came Saturday I got texts and phone calls letting me know arrival time. It was such a great experience I highly recommend Wilbur very, professional and organized and communicates with you every step of the way!

This company is amazing. I made the best decision choosing Universal Fence. My project was a small project and I couldn’t start it for over 4 months. I have had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Wilbert for over 4 months. He has always been an avid professional. Although my project was small, he always made me feel like my project was valued and important. He was very patient, always answered my calls, promptly return my text messages and addressed each and every one of my concerns. I changed my mind several times about the type of fence I wanted and each time he was patient, went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for and readjusted my quote again and again. Never once did he loose faith in me or patience with me. On install day he and his team showed up promptly on time, reviewed the expectations of the project with me prior to starting and kept open lines of communications open throughout. When the project was completed, it did not disappoint. He and his team performed a perfect execution and delivered an amazing install. My fence and gate, which he designed, was awesome. My yard now looks beautiful. A dream come through. Thanks for an amazing job Wilbert, much appreciated. Wilbert is an all around good guy, trustworthy and a man of his word.
