We highly recommend B-u-i-l-d.net. Gerard’s professionalism is extraordinary. An itemized bill with estimates of hours needed for the work was given before the project began and he supervised the project each day. Our half bath was renovated with floor to ceiling tiles, and beautiful molding. The workers were highly skilled, respectful and cleaned everything each day. We look forward to the completion of our other home improvements.

Gerard is the manager. He is punctual (extremely), fast and quick thinking. He has experience in the NY contracting business, is licensed for NYC and seems on top of the NYC construction regulations. (I am sure he saved me from half hazard choices). He does not hesitate to do the right thing (even when discovered in the course of the project, like the mold in some of the insulation). He also has good thoughtful suggestions. (like during the job evaluation) I think that the price was fair, and the quote extremely detailed. My general remark: You can always find cheaper (at some loss, or with risk: unlicensed, wrong choice, sub-standard work ..etc..). He sent the same 2 workers for the duration, and stopped by daily. He is easy to reach by SMS, Thumbtack or e-mail. I recommend B-U-I-L-D. net
