Marvin is the ultimate professional. His sub contractors are seasoned, knowledgeable, and the best in their field. From concept to completion the project took 2.5 years due to town requirements. Marvin assisted us throughout this entire frustrating time. Once Marvin was able to begin construction, he was on site each day, constantly offering solutions. He arrived at 9:00 pm at night to fix the tarp that had to be adjusted due to high winds and heavy rain. The project was completed on time, within budget even though town requirements changed. Marvin made suggestions from a professional standpoint if a design had to be modified. Marvin had multiple subcontractors on site at same time if feasible. The framers, Steve and Sal worked magic to recreate the architect's design.

Hired for a big job, 2 bathrooms gutted, redo downstairs area, finish wood floors, replace 8 door frames, some remodel stuff and paint. Did a very good job, would use again. Only issue was the end of the job felt rushed as we were moving in and he had a deadline. He was doing finishing work while the moving truck was unloading. Overall quite good just maybe better use of schedule on future work would be my recommendation

D. C. & Sons was wonderful to work with. They redid the bathroom and basement of my house.
The project was completed in a timely manner even though I changed the scope of work a couple of times. Marvin (owner) was hands on and was able to accommodate all of my project needs.
I would highly recommend this company.

We hired Marvin renovate our whole home, first and second floors, and both bathrooms, new floors, HVAC, plumbing and electric was needed. And he went above and beyond to make sure everything we didn’t even anticipate was taken care of and didn’t break the bank. He was reasonably priced, worked with our budget but most importantly honest and kind. That is very hard to find when it comes to contractors. He is a rare gem in a business full of people trying make a quick buck. He comes to work everyday, gives you a detailed breakdown, has years of experience, cares about the progress and wants to ensure you are completely satisfied. He completely transformed the space to be absolutely gorgeous. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him or recommend him to my friends and family. That is saying a lot!

I met Marvin early this year at one of my properties and immediately we hit it off with good conversation. He gave me great insight on the project and knew what he was talking about. The 1st project ended up not happening because I sold the property without needing further work done.
My next property I surely brought Marvin on board to complete an open concept design from the kitchen to the living room, all new doors throughout with new door bucks, attic door access, new insulation, custom built linen closet, whole new siding in the front with window trims, new entry walkway and a few extra finishing touches.
Prices are reasonable and the work is great with clean finishes. This is a man who cares about his business and the clients that keep it running. Highly recommended!
