What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep it simple - by job- number of clients -etc I will work with my clients I have alot of training/diversity - so I will do my best to please you- :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ask questions- listen/ then I take it from there Everyone has different needs /wants I try very hard to please my clients -my visual may not be their's - so I do what my clients vision - I suggest -together it works out great!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Makeup Artist got my certification from Empire Beauty School In NYC continual -- projects that challenge me Television/theater Face shape analysis Model make up events last but not least--Clients teach you the most-experience.....
