Rim, responded to my 7:10 AM Thumbtack post at 7:14AM…he reviewed my project with my pool guy at 8:30AM to understand the challenge and what if any supplies were needed. In spite of the short notice and other job commitments, he came to my house at 7PM and was able to repair the wiring. In a world, of overpriced/indignant subs Rim is in class of his own—articulate, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and willing to go the extra mile. My only regret in writing this glowing review is that Rim’s audience will justifiably spike and his availability will be limited. That said, he is a great guy and an awesome electrician.

Mr. Rim was very helpful with handling some basement electrical outlet wiring for a sump pump system I had installed. From our initial contact, he was very professional. I really appreciate his flexibility to work with the timeline of my project. Once they day came for his part of the project to begin, he arrived early and continued working diligently to make sure he did the job correctly and that I was satisfied with the completed project. I appreciate the work he did, and I will definitely be reaching out to him for other electrical projects in the future!

Rim was absolutely amazing. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. He also pointed out other things I need to do and when I’m ready I will definitely call him back. I will also refer him to anyone needing electrical work done. He was great.
