- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to first speak with the client to assess their needs and wants. I always like to ask a person what they have tried before. What has worked, what hasn't. I do this so I can breakdown a client personally and create a custom program that will work and be enjoyable for the client. Also for a first time session I do a physical assessment. This is so I can see what a clients strengths and weaknesses are. This helps me create an exact custom/personal program for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).I have had this certification for 2 years now and have been training clients 1 on 1 for 2 years as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been into sports, weight lifting, and training since the 8th grade. Its simple, I love being active. But I also love helping people. Personal training gives me the benefit of both.
