1. Direct Phone Call / Consultation: You speak directly with me—the plumber doing the work—to discuss the symptoms, issue, or scope of your project. 2. On-Site Assessment & Quote: I arrive on time, inspect the plumbing, heating, or drain system, and explain the best solution along with an accurate price before starting. 3. Clean & Professional Execution: I carry out the work with precision, using drop cloths and shoe covers to protect your property and keep the workspace spot-free. 4. Testing & Final Inspection: I thoroughly test the repair or installation alongside you to ensure proper operation and 100% satisfaction before I pack up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 25 years of continuous hands-on field experience across in all aspects residential plumbing, heating systems (including boilers and radiant systems), sewer line diagnostics, and drain cleaning techniques. I stay up-to-date on modern building codes, piping materials, and advanced diagnostic equipment like sewer camera inspection systems to deliver safe, long-lasting solutions.
