KG plumbing response time was great. He listen to me regarding my issues and secured a time and date to come out. He gave us an estimate free of charge. The issue that we thought we were having was something entirely different from what he was able to assess. We hired him immediately to do the job and we use him in the future for all our plumbing related needs.

KG took the time to properly diagnose the plumbing issue in our guest bathroom and clearly walked us through the different options for fixing it, which we really appreciated. Once we decided on the approach, he worked through the issue efficiently and thoroughly. The experience was stress-free and gave us a lot of confidence in the work. I will absolutely hire KG again in the future and would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Kristian was quick to respond, showed up within the window he promised and did excellent work. He suggested other repairs that were economical and timely, then had the materials on the truck to get it done efficiently. Would definitely recommend him and will call him again. These repairs were all related to my toilet not filling up properly.
