Kristian was punctual, professional, charged a fair price, and talked us through every step of the problem and how we could solve it. When it became clear we needed a new faucet, he went and got us a great new model for a great price, and checked with us about the design to make sure it would look good, too. He figured out the issues and solved them very quickly. We went from being stressed about a problem to being happy about upgrading our home.
