Super impressed with Hanee during the whole process of contacting, scheduling, completing the installation of the split system. Hanee was very professional and clear when explaining the job to be done and everything involved. He was very patient when answering all my questions. He provided an fair estimate. The day of the installation, he was very punctual and the installation was done without a hitch. He kept the are clean and organized throughout and when he got done it didn’t even look like anything had happened. Everything looked top of the line and beautifully done. He checked the system to make sure it was working properly and the requested wifi connection and warranties were in place. Such a pleasant and straightforward person Hanee is. Truly a gem. Have already recommended him to a couple of people. Anyone hiring him is very fortunate to have such a nice person with great work ethics do work for them.

It was a great pleasure working with Hanee. He is honest, hardworking, prompt, and reliable. His pricing is reasonable, and he is a rare gem in the trade services. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him back in the future to install another mini-split. Here’s our story: We purchased a mini-split on Amazon, and our uncle said it could be a DIY project. It could not have gone more wrong. The unit we ordered was not suitable (too big), and during our installation attempt, we crushed and damaged the line set due to inexperience. Luckily, I found Hanee on Thumbtack. He replied very promptly and came to take on the job. When he arrived, he could have taken the easy money to just fix our mess. Instead, he was honest and advised against it, explaining that the system itself was not good and he wanted to do the job right. We decided to get a new Mitsubishi system, and he helped us design the perfect layout. Unfortunately, the circuit board on the new Mitsubishi unit arrived damaged—through no fault of his whatsoever. Still, Hanee took full accountability. He handled the entire warranty process, got the part replaced quickly, and kept us informed the whole time. It showed his incredible character. Everything now works perfectly, and we are very pleased. We live in Connecticut, and he drove all the way from New York three times to get this done for us. All in all, Hanee is hardworking, honest, and has great attention to detail. With that foundation, I am sure he will be very successful. We highly recommend him.
