I am very pleased with the service provided by Revive and would recommend his company for any of your cooling needs. I am a senior retired woman who was afraid to trust this project to any company. Although I worked in IT for years my brain moves a little slower and I needed someone who would be patient enough to discuss the different mini split options based on my needs and budget and answer any and all questions that I had. I also did a lot of research online and had several other companies come to my home to provide estimates on their products as well. After weeks of consideration and uncertainty, I finally chose Revive because of Henne’s he was genuine , his product knowledge and my assessment of the reviews I read regarding his installation experience. Henne installed 3 Cooper Hunter ‘Astoria’ mini – splits with the latest Hyper condenser. As each unit was unboxed, we reviewed and determined the best area to hang the units. Although, I really wanted one of the units placed in certain location, Henne explained to me the better option to ensure that the unit would work more efficiently long term. To add ore context, I was concerned about the cooling within this location that has an open living/dining room combo with a sloped ceiling that leads into a kitchen. I was hoped that the areas stayed cool and 2 days of testing and cooking in my kitchen I am completely satisfied. Finally, I appreciate that Henne was willing to drive round trip from NY to the middle of CT to do the job. It was an exceptionally long day for Henne and his colleague, but they completed an excellent installation and cleaned up before they had to take that long drive back. Even after the install when I had a question that I forgot to ask ( senior moment :-)..he still responds. He is an excellent worker, with attention to detail and you will not be disappointed. Without hesitation, I would reach out to Henne for any additional services in the future.

Excellent all round. We’re really glad we hired Hanee to replace our mini-split AC unit and condenser. We’ve been going through a renovation project and had a few contractors disappear or drop the ball on communication, but Hanee was the total opposite—super responsive and reliable, and on top of everything, he got the job done on short notice, and the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with—not to mention, more affordable than others we looked into. They were also respectful of our space and left everything clean, and clearly take pride in their work. All in all, just really solid guys—and we’re looking forward to working with them again on our next project!
