Made a request for power washing, priming and painting my deck. One minute later I received a response. Santiago came right over the same day and assessed project. His responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. I ended up doing 2 decks and back door platform and a few stairs painted as well. There were 3 days of no rain perfect for job - power washing , sanding, priming and painting.

I own a six apartment multifamily building and I’ve used numerous painters over the last 20 years based in this recent hire have decided to use Santiago exclusively as the painter for my building. He is attentive to detail has the highest quality equipment and methods and is truly a professional painter

As a first time homeowner, I did not know many things about buying or maintaing a house. One thing I did know, however, was the house needed a paint job. I was very fortunate to have come across Santiago and Byron painting. Santiago was very curteous and professional. Our living room ceilings are very high and other contractors were either charging an exhorbitant amount or stating they could not guarantee a good job on the ceiling. Santiago and his team painted our whole house in just about a week, at a reasonable price, so that it was ready for our move-in. Fast forward a year, and I am happy to report the paint job has held beautifully and the interior of the house looks great. I highly recommend Byron Painting.

Santiago answered all texts promptly. He came for a consultation within 24 hours and I was scheduled two days after. He was very professional and his prices were reasonable. My bedroom looks beautiful. I will use Santiago to paint my entire apartment.

Santiago was a true professional who was a man of his word. We shook on a deal and he went above & beyond to prep and paint my exposed basement ceiling. Not one drop of paint hit an area that was exposed. All in all, I recommend him for any painting job required.
