- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Construction education varies by role, but most entry-level positions require a high school diploma, with specialized skills often learned through trade schools or apprenticeships combining on-the-job training with classroom instruction. Essential training includes OSHA Outreach Training (OSHA 10 or 30) for site safety, and for higher-level roles, a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field may be preferred.
