FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am an honest person. I try to give out the best pricing for that particular project. I'll give out a discount from time to time, If a customer wants to help, by removing deteriorating work before I get there, I definitely will help out with the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email or phone call out to the client. I usually call and leave a message and wait to get a call back, but sometimes that doesn't work, so I just send an email, and wait to get a response.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years experience in the field. I am serious with anything that I do..very meticulous. From building stone structures from scratch, concrete and steel. Moving on to stone walls, I'm one of 5 stone masons that built " The Great Wall of New Canaan " a dry stone wall in southern Connecticut in 1981 I have many years experience in stone veneer work, with custom stone fireplaces, front entryway's , water falls features as well. I decided over the years to get into masonry restoration work and repairs, since their is a lot of competition in new construction, I feel that saving an older structure is the art of the trade. I co-invented a solution for cleaning efflorescence off of masonry surfaces and I've been involved with this entity since 2006, when I came up with this idea. I've been quite successful cleaning the nasty white stuff that clings on to granite, Fieldstone and brick or block - masonry surfaces. It's concidered a " Green Acid" and it's safe to use in the environment. I can ship gallons or cases by UPS or USPS, and also have it on a store shelf in Elmsford, New York at CASA BUILDING MATERIALS.
