- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer interior specials to residential Thumbtack customers, $119/room (walls only) & $169/room (walls & trim, or walls & ceiling), or $199/room (walls, trim, and ceiling). restrictions apply. Each project is different, and there is no "one size fits all" price, and that's why we offer a free estimate! We want to earn your business, so our pricing is competitive, and if you find a lower price, please let us know! We will work with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want new customers to become customers for life, so from the first contact, we make clear that their happiness is top priority. We listen to their needs, provide a clear explanation of what their project entails, including an affordable price and a timeline for completion, then provide a finished project that meets, and hopefully exceeds, the customer's expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Eddie Mazur, Jr., is an artist as well, and has been painting since childhood. In his 20's, he was brought in as an apprentice, training under some of the best in the industry with over 20 years of experience. He learned to be professional from the beginning, perfecting each skill before taking on a new one.. Today he runs his own company and trains others in the same style he was taught.
