John was outstanding! Very accessible and spent the time needed to get a complete dismissal of the situation. My case had some unique intracices, and he was very understanding and considerate in the situation and addressed the issues when they needed to be taken care of. He walked through every possible outcome and also worked to give me his best advice. In this case, it was to push all in and call their bluff and it worked out very good! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my Criminal cases can be handled for a flat fee. I use a sliding scale based on the level of offense and the type of charge. So a minor traffic case will be relatively inexpensive, but a DUI or felony will cost more, mainly because of the additional out of court preparation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend all of the annual Criminal Law Updates and DUI Law updates.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot attorneys out there. Criminal Law is very much a specialty. If your really in need, take the time to find someone who knows what they are doing.
