Introduction: Years of training/demonstrating/mentoring/coaching the abilities of my peers and co-workers and transform them into a more productive team by recognizing that not all trainees can learn at the same pace or on the same curriculum. That is why I prefer to use different mediums when instructing my trainees by incorporating many aspects of media as possible, in respect to: Videos/CD's/Handbooks/Hands-On.
Caring about a project, but also, caring about the people with whom I will interact as a team, makes me a highly empathetic individual. To deal with personality conflicts, Interpersonal skills are a necessity, which I like to refer as the "corporate sandbox", is a very crucial and intricate part among keeping the harmony and productivity of a well-rounded team. Self-direction and initiative are better parts of valor. Knowing the correct and timely action when to propose new and better ways of doing things to a supervising manager, is a critical aspect of a teams' goal. Thinking on one owns feet, or as I like to say "on the fly" is very challenging and rewarding in its self, by having the Flexibility and adaptability, knowing that in many corporations, the normal constant is change. Policies, priorities and procedures, are needed to be anticipated internal, and external conditions, and responded with the ability to adjust quickly and adapt.
