Long story short: a vehicle that I own had the driver seat soiled in the worst possible way on the day after Christmas. After 3 or 4 calls to other competitors, Lucente Detailing was the one that would take me right away. Levi altered his schedule to accommodate my needs, and it was worth every cent. Communication, professionalism and common courtesy leads the list of adjectives to describe his business. I'm glad to know who to turn to when I need my next detail.

I used Levi at Lucente Detailing in Akron for Ceramic coating on my 2024 F-350. I just got my truck back today and it looks amazing! Levi had my truck for two days and he and his detailer worked diligently and the results are impressive. Levi went the extra mile to check everything out and make sure the results were 5 star. Levi is a very hard working young man building his business by making sure his customers are taken care of and that he does his best for them. I would definitely suggest Lucente Detailing for your detailing needs.

Cant say enough good things about this place. I rescued a stray dog not knowing she had a bleeding wound on her tail when I put her in my car. She got blood all over the ceiling/headliner! I tried to get it off myself to no avail. I called Levi at Lucente detailing and they got me in same day, the day before Christmas Eve. He was already busy but took the time to squeeze me in since time is of the essence with blood stains. At first it was stubborn, but he kept at it and didnt give up until it was gone. I was blown away and thought I was a goner but Levi got it all clean! Ill be using them for all my detailing needs in the future! (See before and after pics)

Levi crushed my fill interior detail. Ive never seen my car in better condition. Its more clean than when I got it from the dealership! Levi was very detail oriented and got very last crease and crevice taken care of. Beyond happy with the results!

Dealt with the owner, he was very professional. Never led me sideways, gave it to me straight with regards to pricing and timing. Squeezed me in on a busy schedule, super glad to have gone here. Car, without a doubt, is spotless.
