I started my career in accounting and operations working inside growing businesses, where I handled everything from day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll to financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement. Over time, I realized that many small business owners and professionals needed more than just data entry they needed a trusted partner who could explain the numbers, clean things up, and help them make smarter decisions. That’s what led me to launch Scalez Consulting: to provide hands-on, reliable accounting and advisory support that actually scales with the business.
