FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, but we take pride in our work and offer only the highest quality services. This may make our prices higher than other competitors but we firmly believe that you get what you pay for, and we prefer to offer services that will provide long lasting solutions to customers' problems. As Benjamin Franklin said, "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin working with a new customer, we will set up an appointment for an estimate on the customer's site. This way we can talk to the customer about the project that they are considering, and check the site conditions. We are able to offer suggestions and advice regarding the project better in person than over the phone or by other means of electronic communication. After the appointment an estimate is created and sent to the customer via email or U.S. mail depending upon their preference. From there the customer can make a decision on whether or not they would like to hire us for their job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Construction Management and Agricultural Business from The Ohio State University. During my time there I studied a variety of subjects related to the construction field and took more specialized classes such as soil science and heavy equipment management which allows me to excel in this field. I have also attended numerous workshops and seminars on designing drainage systems. I believe that by being more educated on these subjects I can provide a better service to my customers.
