Introduction: I am committed to putting my clients first. I am a full-time Realtor serving the greater Stark, Mahoning and Columbiana counties. I specialize in working with buyers and sellers, negotiation of short sales, and working with bank repos, foreclosures and distressed properties. In addition to that, I work with HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac properties to help navigate the red tape involved with buying these homes at steep discounts! We are knowledgeable in finding the best financing for buyers, often using unique programs for veterans and buyers to get in a home of their choice with little down or out of pocket.
