This company was supposed to be at my house on Monday morning at 10:00am to install a new floor. They chose the time. At 10:30am on Monday they were not here so I called and was told "let me make a phone call." No apology, no promise to call me back and let me know what was going on. At 10:50am on Monday I left them a message to cancel the project. I never heard from them. Completely unprofessional.
