My name is Justin Cassley and welcome to our page. I’m the owner here at PKC Custom Painting, LLC. We are small family owned business located here in Central Ohio.
What do we offer to our clients? We promise to bring professionalism and attention to detail on each project. Painting your home can be a stressful thought so let us make it a enjoyable and fun experience. When you see our guys in the process you will understand why we are rated so highly.
We follow a few core values here at PKC and they are integrity, honesty, and transparency. You can be certain that you will get all three of these things. I’m very transparent when it comes to what we do and how we do it. We have the most experienced crews here at PKC. You can see from the reviews why we are highly respected.
Why are we different from our competitors? I will be on every job each day. We typically have 3-4 jobs or more each week and I’m on site each day.
I do all of our meetings and estimates. So you get to know me and work directly with the owner of the business.
We don’t require any deposit unless it’s a commercial job. All residential jobs are deposit free. Final payment due at completion and sign off.

Justin came out to look at the house and explained everything that they would be doing. Justin was very professional and answered all questions and concerns. Justin did keep in contact with us and they were able to start the painting the following week.
Painters were very pleasant with both my husband and myself. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of care the painters took and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Painters cleaned everything up and they were done painting our house in one day.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients should know that PKC Custom Painting will offer fair and competitive pricing. Each project is different and prices vary by each project. Some projects can much more difficult then others. We provide a very detailed and thought out proposal. We don’t hide or slide things in the on the proposal. We also have $0 dollar deposit for every residential painting project. Commercial projects require a 15% - 20% deposit. We don’t charge for estimates either.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with that initial phone call, text or email. We start by picking a date and time that works best for you, that allows me to come out and look at your project. You as the client will show me exactly what you want done and what your vision is for the finished the project. I will grab some measurements and then generate you a proposal. I typically have all proposals back same day or next business day. I will typically follow up with you 24-48 hours after the proposal is sent and make sure you don’t have any questions. If you decide to move forward with us, I have you sign and date the proposal and email back to me. Then we will get you on the schedule. We typically try and schedule everyone within a two weeks window from receiving the signed proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around the painting business for most of my life. I was a GM for another paint company prior to opening my own business. I have years of experience and my guys do as well. I worked for my father’s painting business growing up as well.
