- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally provide a firm labor cost, and an estimate for material expenses. This allows me to avoid the need to mark up material expenses to ensure I cover them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to meet with potential clients within two weeks of initial contact to provide a quote and see if we will be a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had the opportunity to learn from several old masons when I was in my late teens, early twenties. I have been practicing and perfecting the techniques as well as developing my own for over 20 years, with success.
