2 skilled craftsman (complete home/commercial remodels/rehabs/flips) $75/hr with a 2 hour minimum
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer for a quote visit, during or shortly after the visit I will email them their quote, of hired I like to get them scheduled at their earliest conscience. I attempt not to keep acquiring new clients if my schedule is full for the next 7 days no one wants to wait 2 weeks to get their project done after accepting a quote.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
over the last 25 years I have taken jobs based on what skills I have not yet acquired. so I am able at this point in my life to start a career doing jobs in almost every category for myself. I thoroughly enjoy seeing the satisfaction on a client's face when they view the work I have completed and the comments they give afterwards.
