So many business / companies big and small YES you to death only to over commit, under deliver, no communication, sloppy work , No show, the horror stories go on and on....and with us in Fort Lauderdale fl with the house remodel at hand being my fathers in SW ish Ohio (Dayton) so there was inital skepticism... Well Mike responded with a few questions followed by a ballpark estimate (there is a difference between a Quote and and Estimate) inevitably a couple calls text later I felt comfortable and he handled and did what he said he would in the time frame given even when we added lil things to the work list with beyond fair pricing and Under budget / estimate high end, kept me in the loop with text, pics, communication, suggestions along the way... and therfore Michael All In One is now slated to handle the rest of our remodel... I met the owner when he came into my restaurant. I asked him about why he was so dirty? He then told me about his business. I had him come give me a bid on a total gut and remodel of a master bathroom. He had to move drains,move electric, plumbing, drywall, install new tub, toilet, vanity and make room for a stand up shower. Entire house was cleaned. I will definitely use again on future projects.

2 skilled craftsman (complete home/commercial remodels/rehabs/flips) $75/hr with a 2 hour minimum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer for a quote visit, during or shortly after the visit I will email them their quote, of hired I like to get them scheduled at their earliest conscience. I attempt not to keep acquiring new clients if my schedule is full for the next 7 days no one wants to wait 2 weeks to get their project done after accepting a quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
over the last 25 years I have taken jobs based on what skills I have not yet acquired. so I am able at this point in my life to start a career doing jobs in almost every category for myself. I thoroughly enjoy seeing the satisfaction on a client's face when they view the work I have completed and the comments they give afterwards.
