- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so we price based on the actual scope of work rather than using a one-size-fits-all number. We’ll talk through what you want to accomplish, your priorities, and your budget, then provide clear pricing based on the project. Our goal is to help you understand where your money is going and make informed decisions before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about what you’re looking to build, remodel, or change. From there, we’ll determine whether a site visit is needed so we can see the space, talk through ideas, and better understand the scope. Once we have the details we need, we’ll put together a plan and pricing for the project. If we move forward together, we coordinate the work from start to finish and keep you updated along the way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ki Developments grew out of a love for building, problem solving, and turning ideas into something real. What started with hands-on construction experience grew into managing larger and more complex projects. Today, we work with homeowners and business owners on everything from renovations and remodels to new construction and unique custom spaces.
