FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest option, and we do not try to compete on being the lowest bid. Our focus is quality craftsmanship, thorough work, honest communication, and solving projects correctly the first time. We believe long-term value is more important than rushed or temporary fixes. Clear pricing and expectations are discussed before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s goals, concerns, timeline, and budget. From there, we review the project details, ask questions, and determine the best path forward. Communication is very important to us, so we work to keep customers informed throughout the project and avoid surprises whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, repairs, restoration, and operational problem-solving. We combine practical field experience with craftsmanship, mechanical understanding, and project coordination skills developed across multiple industries and project types.
