What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t require long term contracts. I offer discounts for husband and wife pairs who train with me and for friends who train together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no typical process, every client’s needs are different. For clients who are in my geographic area, I prefer to meet face to face to discuss their needs and goals. In June 2018 I will be offering an internet based program powered by ProCoach by Precision Nutrition. This program offers daily web-based coaching with a powerful program that Precision Nutrition has used to coach more than 100,000 clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have continued my training education by getting additional certifications in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Fitness Nutrition, and Senior Fitness. These additional certifications enable me to work with people who have movement deficiencies; athletes wanting to improve sports performance; athletes needing assistance fine tuning their nutrition; and older athletes. Because flexibility is important to all aspects of fitness, I am 200-hr certified yoga instructor. I am certified in exercise nutrition by Precision Nutrition, the world’s leader in nutrition coaching.
